Lovely stay. Complimentary upgraded and breakfast as I am a Platinum Elite Marriott Bonvoy. Spacious room. Great Christmas deco. Staff at check in was very helpful and attentive. He welcome me as an elite member. Breakfast was ok, not excellent. Not much spread. Overall, a great stay for work.

房間還可以，有冰箱，但是地面不夠乾淨。收了我50按金，一路上衹有這家要了按金。暫未退回。旁邊有個連鎖餐廳，我在北安吃了，感覺還不錯。

Had a great time staying in this hotel this was in fact our second time here! We did have to make the child’s bed up ourselves as it wasn’t ready but reception was quick to help, apologised and this was a very small inconvenience and did not have any impact on our stay.

Nice Hotel, abit far away from Gloucester town centre but there is a Bus Stop right outside the Hotel that takes you there. Decent Breakfast and Good Menu Selection in the Bar/Restaurant. I would stay again. Bar area could maybe do with more staff during peak periods possibly.
